Pain Points Platform
Turn your team's frustrations into measurable savings
Every business has hidden inefficiencies that cost thousands each year. Your staff know exactly where they are. They just need a way to tell you.
We built this platform because no tool like it existed. Designed, developed, and run by our team. Every managed service client gets access as part of their service, and any business can sign up independently.
The problem hiding in every business
Your team wastes hours every week on repetitive tasks, broken processes, and manual workarounds. Most of it goes unreported because there's nowhere to report it.
Invisible costs
Staff spend 30 minutes a day on a workaround? That's over 130 hours a year, per person. Multiply that across your team and the numbers are staggering.
Unheard frustrations
Your team knows what's broken. But without a structured way to report it, the same complaints echo in corridors and never reach decision-makers.
No way to prioritise
Without data, you can't tell a minor grumble from a £50,000 problem. Pain Points gives you the numbers to make informed decisions.
Why we built this
It started with a 10-minute conversation on a Monday morning. A client mentioned three things their team had been putting up with for months. We did the maths. Those three problems were costing over £50,000 a year.
There was no tool that let a team surface these problems, calculate what they cost, and prioritise which ones to fix first. So we built one.
Pain Points is our software, built by our team. It started as an internal tool for our managed service clients and worked so well that we opened it up. Today, any business can sign up directly, and IT service providers can deploy it across their own customer base with their own branding.
How it works
From frustration to resolution in five clear steps. The platform does the maths so you can make the decisions.
Report
Staff submit pain points describing what's wrong, how often it happens, and how long it takes each time.
Quantify
The platform calculates a baseline annual cost automatically. Colleagues who share the same pain point click "I have this too" and the cost scales up.
Discover
During discovery, accurate costs are determined based on the affected team members and their actual salaries.
Prioritise
See exactly which problems cost the most, affect the most people, and have the biggest business impact.
Resolve
Pain points move through a clear lifecycle: Backlog → Discovery → Scoping → Approved → In Progress → Completed. When a problem gets solved, the team celebrates.

What makes it work
Reporting pain points shouldn't feel like a chore. The platform is built to keep people engaged and leadership informed.
Real cost visibility
The platform calculates what each pain point costs the business annually. When colleagues confirm they have the same problem, the cost scales up automatically.
Gamification that works
Points, badges, leaderboards, streaks, and real physical rewards. Borrowed from the best consumer apps because the psychology works. People genuinely want to use it.
Solutions, not just problems
Staff can propose fixes and vote on them. The best ideas surface naturally. Leadership accepts or rejects directly in the platform.
Full lifecycle management
Every pain point moves from Backlog through to Completed. Leadership manages the entire journey with full visibility at every stage.
Microsoft 365 sign-in
Each customer gets their own organisation. Staff log in with their existing Microsoft 365 credentials. No new passwords, no new accounts.
Anonymous submissions
For the sensitive issues people won't put their name to. Hidden from colleagues, visible to administrators. They still get captured.
We handle the rollout
Introducing a new platform to your team is half the battle. We provide a professionally crafted launch email for your CEO to send, explaining what Pain Points is, why it matters, and exactly what the team is being asked to do.
Personalised to your business, ready to send from day one.
