So who's behind Grenadier?

Hi, I'm Gary, owner of Grenadier Computing. Most IT companies would open here with a stock photo of smiley people huddled around a desk. That tells you nothing about who I am, what I care about, or what working with us is actually like. So here's the real story behind that shark.

The photo

It's a Tiger Shark! The diver in front of it? My daughter, at age 12, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver & Enriched Air Diver, totally calm and enjoying life 20 metres below the surface. No cages. Just me, her, our guide (just out of shot) & the shark; well, there were actually 6 of them, along with several other groups of divers nearby.

People often ask why I would let her do this. It's really quite simple; mindset. Extraordinary outcomes don't happen by accident.
